Kim joined Landmark in 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Tax Manager. She focuses primarily on tax and research, with extensive experience in construction, small businesses, and individual and business taxes, including partnerships and S-Corps. Kim specializes in tax planning, helping clients with bookkeeping issues, year-end tax projections, retirement planning, and state tax compliance. Her background extends beyond tax, with over a decade of experience in financial statements, bookkeeping, and payroll tax, giving her a comprehensive understanding of accounting. Kim takes pride in assisting clients with tax concerns, helping them understand their tax obligations and the options available to mitigate taxes due.
Kim earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining Landmark, she spent 12 years at JamisonMoneyFarmer PC in Tuscaloosa, where she began as an intern and worked full-time until her move. She is a graduate of Alabama’s Leadership Academy and previously served as treasurer of the Medalist Club, the University of Alabama gymnastics booster club, where she remains actively involved. Outside of work, Kim enjoys art—painting, drawing, and crocheting—and is a passionate animal lover, sharing her life with her son, Mason, and numerous pets. She appreciates the personal connections she makes with clients and encourages them to reach out, no matter how small the accounting issue may seem.
